Harlock U is a TTRPG set on a college campus in a world full of secrets, magic, mystery, and danger. Play as a student learning about the waking world of magic hiding all around you!
Scatterbrains are devious creatures that lurk where students gather to study and learn, intent on feeding off all that brain power. They cause you to re-read sentences over and over, frustrated by why you can't grasp the words on the page, and drink up all the delicious information you're attempting to learn.
If you're ever having trouble with your study group, just tell everyone to quiet down and listen for the telltale buzzing of a nearby bug on the prowl.
